All materials in the Archives are owned by 99.3 County FM which holds exclusive rights in compliance with intellectual property laws in Ontario and Canada.

Not all materials are downloadable. Many archived items will be enjoyed, read, watched, listened to from the Archives. Other items may be restricted or unavailable based on the conditions set by a donor or individual in their Deed of Gift.

Commercial use of Archives materials is prohibited. However, in certain circumstances, permission may be granted for the limited commercial or other use of material at the discretion of the station manager. A proposal must be made by first completing a Limited Use Agreement. Contact us for more information.
